For some reason, I photograph a lot of newborns and babies, and fewer older children and families. I absolutely love newborn photography, but I also love, love love to photograph kids. Elementary-school-aged kids are so much fun, and they have these amazing personalities that really shine through in the photos. Plus, who doesn’t totally love those cute gap-toothed grins?
I met up with Wired Momma herself, Mr. Wired Momma, and her way-too-cute daughters last weekend at Brookside Gardens for some family photos. The girls had a great time exploring the gardens and searching for turtles, and the photos turned out beautifully!
(A tip for parents of school-aged kids: parent teacher conference days are perfect for family photo sessions!)
