A Look at Fiber Art | Editorial Photography

Last month, I had the opportunity to peek into the gorgeous home of fiber art collector Charlene Johnson and photograph some of her beautiful pieces for Fiber Art Now magazine. Her collection is amazing, and her stories about each piece make them really come to life. One artist makes vessels out of pencils, bobby pins, and even zippers, while another made an artistic replica of Charlene’s dog!

I always love the opportunity to photograph amazing art and dabble in editorial photography. It’s so drastically different from families and weddings, and I’m a huge fan of being a photography chameleon. The article will be published in Fiber Art Now magazine next month but I can’t resist sharing just a few of the shots…
